Jake Conklin :: Jake got into Real
Estate after a fulfilling career in education in Oregon,
Utah, and New Mexico. After more than 17 years in the
real estate industry, Jake has been named a top
producing agent year after year, with over 250 million
dollars in sales. Specializing in new construction home
sales, he works closely with
developers all over the valley. He has successfully
managed and market communities including Vienna Woods,
Two Rivers, Tuscany Lakes, and Cavallo Estates to name a
few. Working in both education and real estate, has
strengthened his love for working with people and
helping them achieve their dreams.

Tracy Conklin

Tracy became a licensed realtor in 2003, and
purchased her own home shortly thereafter. That
home buying experience served to motivate her to
make sure all her clients know the “nuts and
bolts” of their transaction. She provides
support to both buyers and sellers and helps them
through the process from start to finish. Tracy
enjoys finding new ways to market and advertise
The Conklin Team and reach out to those who need
professional service. She lives in Meridian with
her husband and two children.

Jennifer Conklin
:: Transforming from real estate to
lending has allowed Jennifer a comprehensive
understanding of real estate in it’s entirety.
Shortly after graduating from Bishop Kelly High
School, she started working with Mike as a
licensed Realtor. In 2005 she transitioned to
lending in hopes of building on her real estate
foundation. She has found this facet of the
business to be interesting and rewarding.
Jennifer is one of the top lenders in the valley
due to her understanding of the process as a
whole. Jennifer and her
husband, Lucas, recently finished remodeling a
100+ year old home in the North end. |

Mike Conklin
:: Mike has been a
licensed Realtor in the Boise area for 18 years.
He has assisted over 1000 people in the process
of buying or selling properties. He has worked
extensively with those needing relocation help.
Local companies Hewlett-Packard, Simplot,
Amalgamated Sugar, Micron, and Albertsons have
used Mike's services. First time home buyers,
investment properties, buying up, or trading
down Mike has been an integral part of all
types of successful transactions. A former high
school and college basketball coach, Mike and
his wife Jill, have four daughters and two
grandchildren. |
